Basic provisions<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: <strong>&#8222;GDPR&#8220;<\/strong>) is The Barrister Coffee &amp; Wine, s.r.o., ID No.: 28945191 with registered office at \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nsk\u00e1 629\/59, Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, 110 00 Prague 1 hereinafter: <strong>&#8222;Controller&#8220;<\/strong>).<\/li><li>The contact details of the administrator are:<br \/><strong>Address: 629\/59 Stepanska Street, New Town, 110 00 Prague 1<\/strong><br \/><strong>Email: events@thebarrister.cz<\/strong><br \/><strong>Phone: +420 774 257 406<\/strong><\/li><li>Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.<\/li><li>The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><strong>II. Sources and categories of personal data processed<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to the Controller or personal data that the Controller has obtained on the basis of your participation in an event organised by the Controller.<\/li><li>The controller processes your identification, contact and contact data necessary to provide the service you have requested.<\/li><\/ol><h5><br \/><strong>III. Lawful reason and purpose for processing personal data<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>The lawful reason for processing personal data is<ul><li>Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480\/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the absence of an order for goods or services.<\/li><li>the legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The purpose of the processing of personal data is<ul><li>Ensuring your participation in the event of the Administrator of your choice and the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from your request for the Administrator&amp;#39;s services; when confirming participation, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful provision of services (name and contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the provision of these services, without the provision of personal data, it is not possible for the Administrator to perform,<\/li><li>sending commercial communications and doing other marketing activities.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><strong>IV. Data retention period<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>The controller stores personal data<ul><li>for a period of time before consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 10 years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5><strong>V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>Recipients of personal data are persons<ul><li>involved in the operation of the services,<\/li><li>involved in the implementation of services,<\/li><li>providing marketing services.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organisation. The recipients of personal data in third countries are mailing service providers \/ cloud service providers.<\/li><\/ol><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><strong>VI. Your rights<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>Under the terms of the GDPR, you have<ul><li>the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,<\/li><li>the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR.<\/li><li>the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR.<\/li><li>the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR; and<\/li><li>the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.<\/li><li>the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these Terms.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.<\/li><\/ol><h5><br \/><strong>VII. Personal data security conditions<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data.<\/li><li>The controller declares that only persons authorised by it have access to the personal data.<\/li><\/ol><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><strong>VIII. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h5><ol><li>By confirming your participation in the Controller&#8217;s event, you confirm that you are aware of the terms and conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.<\/li><li>You agree to these terms and conditions by confirming your participation in the Administrator&#8217;s event.<\/li><li>The administrator is entitled to change these conditions.
